Refund & Exchange Policy
At this time we will only accept returns if the item is damaged due to manufacturer error. If there is an issue with quality, you must email us within 5 days of receiving your items and photos will be requested. Please email us at huntergracebamboo@outlook.com with your order number and shipping address and we will address your inquiry promptly. Please be advised, Warranty only applies to items purchased directly from the website.
Items must be returned in new condition, including all packaging and tags.
A restocking fee may be required.
Any items that have been worn, washed, without tags and packaging a return will not be accepted.
Due to the Health and Hygiene of all of our customers these items are NOT available for return, exchange or refunds:
- Blankets
- Sheets
- Pillow Cases
- Towels
- Underwear
All discounted/sale items are FINAL sale. No exceptions.
PLEASE NOTE: All return labels issued will be the customers responsibility and the cost of the label will be deducted from the return value.
Please be advised:
If your order becomes lost or is marked delivered but you did not receive the item you must file a claim with the mail carrier. We are not responsible for packages once they leave the warehouse.
