Thank you for choosing Hunter & Grace Bamboo. We take pride in offering some of the best quality and softest bamboo for you and your littles. At this time, we aim to ship your order within 1-3 business days. Our goal is to get your items to you as quick as possible. However during peak season, it can take up to 7-10 business days. Once your items are in USPS possession all lost or damaged items are out of our control, and you must file a claim with USPS.
